A 3-month, practitioner-led cohort for young people in Southern Africa who want to turn a local environmental problem into a real livelihood.

Apply
Short application plus a quick interview. We're looking for readiness, not qualifications.

Train
One live session a week for 3 months, in a cohort of 10–20 people, guided by real practitioners.

Build
Finish with a real project in your own community, then get connected to local organisations for shadowing and next steps.
Three lanes to start with
We're starting small on purpose.
Each new cohort we open one more lane. Pick the problem closest to where you live.
Water conservation
Rainwater harvesting, tank installs, leak repair, borehole and greywater work.
Waste and recycling
Collection rounds, sorting, buy-back centres, plastic and tyre reuse.
What finishing looks like
No certificate. A project.
Successful completion isn't a test — it's a real, documented small-scale project in your own community: what problem you tackled, what you did, what it cost, what it earned or saved, and what's next.
That project becomes your portfolio when we connect you to local organisations for shadowing.
